  • You MUST begin here. This is the first stage in any meaningful and safe detox protocol. Keeping this detox pathway clear is very important to your healing. Use a colon cleanse product for at least ONE week BEFORE starting any other cleanses below. Remember to increase your water intake, IF not contraindicated. You will use this colon cleanse supplement for at least one week before moving to the Parasite and Kidney Cleanse. The recommendation is for at least 2 MMS/Chlorine Dioxide enemas per week during all of the cleanses.

    You will continue on this colon cleanse supplement throughout the entire time of all the cleanses below.

  • This is done AFTER at least one week of the Colon cleanse above. You will be doing 2 Parasite cleanses, one new moon, one full moon, before attempting a Liver Cleanse or Liver Flush. You will continue keeping your colon clean, while you use an anti-parasitic and continue the rest of the protocol. A parasite cleanse is any diet, supplement or other detox product that is intended to eliminate parasites from the body without using prescription medications. We know for a fact that most of us are riddled with parasites. Especially if you have animals, you will have parasites. It's a good idea to put the whole family on a anti-parasitic, your pets too! Note: not all anti-parasitics are for use with pregnant or nursing women, children and pets, please do your research. 
  • For some people, parasites are more active on the full moon, while for others it’s the new moon. So, it is best to start the process at least 1-2 days before the NEW or FULL MOON and go through until 5-7 days after the NEW or FULL MOON! Full/New Moon Calendar.
  • So, job number two after clearing out your colon, is to begin a parasite cleanse. You can follow the full moon/new moon schedule, or you can go all out to begin eradicating those dangerous critters by starting at any time. If you are able, it’s a good idea to start on a new/full moon, taking recommended manufacturer doses and trying to not eat meat, fish, or poultry, which can have parasites. For ONLY the 1-2 nights before and the day of the new/full moon, try to double the dosages recommended on your anti-parasitic. Continue though the new/full moon for 5-7 days, as that is when parasites are extremely active.

  • Keep cleansing intermittently, or they will come back. They are everywhere waiting for an opportunity to recolonize. If you think they are becoming resistant, change products. There are thousands of herbs that fight parasites. Resistance decreases if you stop using a product. You can take it again later, and it will eliminate them again. So, when you think you got most of them, begin to cleanse intermittently. A good schedule is once every few months. After you have completed your Liver Cleanse or Flush we recommend continuing with the Parasite Cleanses for an additional 2 months. So all together you will have accomplished 6 parasite cleanses during the 2 moon cycles each month for a total of 3 months. After your Liver Cleanse/Flush you may start your MMS detox.
  • You can start taking the L-Ornithine binder (PipingRock) or L-Ornithine binder (iHerb) or L-Ornithine (iHerb) when you start your parasite cleanse unless you already started taking it with the colon cleanse. As the parasite dies (whether parasitic, candida or bacterial), as with all life at death, it releases ammonia. Ammonia is extremely toxic to your body and needs to be converted into urea so it can eventually be excreted out of the body as urine. This is something that your body efficiently does every day, however in times when there is a bombardment of ammonia, like, during a parasitic die-off, your body could use a little help.

    This is where L-ornithine comes in. L-ornithine acts like sponge or magnet. Because of its affinity to ammonia (due to its involvement during the Krebs cycle), L-ornithine helps the body remove the ammonia. This can significantly reduce the effects of the healing crisis.


Kidney Cleanse (choose one below)

  • The Kidney Cleanse and Parasite Cleanse can be done at the same time. The Chanca Piedra must be taken for at least two (2) weeks before moving on to the next step of the protocol, the liver cleanse or flush. For people who are known to have or had kidney stones, you should probably take it longer than 2 weeks to make sure you have broken up the stones. You must do a Kidney Cleanse and Chanca Piedra does a great job of this. Yes, it’s a stone breaker, as recent studies have proven that this herb has the potential to manipulate the formation of stones in the body. Chanca Piedra reduces the formation of crystals, changes their structure and softens the stones in the kidney, gallbladder and liver, making it easier for them to pass through the urinary track in urine and out the colon in stool. It is also quite beneficial for treating any burning, by toning down inflammation caused by urinary infections and from stones in biliary ducts. Always give at least 2 days between starting a new supplement to see how your body reacts.

  • Start taking this supplement at any time during any of the cleanses to help nourish your liver. It's got Milk Thistle, Dandelion, Burdock, Artichoke, N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC), TMG (Trimethylglycine) and Alpha Lipoic Acid. Always give at least 2 days between starting a new supplement to see how your body reacts. 

  • L-Ornithine binder (PipingRock) or L-Ornithine binder (iHerb) You can incorporate this binder when starting the colon cleanse supplement or the parasite supplement. Always give at least 2 days between starting a new supplement to see how your body reacts. 

    L-Ornithine is very nourishing to your liver and is best taken sometime before sleep when your liver works its hardest. 

    During the day of the liver cleanse/flush, you can double the morning or night time dose of L-Ornithine depending on when you schedule your cleanse/flush.  


  • Note: Supporting your detox pathways should be done before pushing your body to the point of actively detoxing with MMS or HOCl. Prepping these paths before any heavy detox is critical because of the risk of autointoxication, meaning if toxins can’t get out, they can re-circulate back through the body. It is also easier to focus on just the cleanses as your body will use a lot of energy to do both cleanses and detox. Not to mention the arduous schedule of fitting all of these supplements in with MMS and/or HOCl.
